FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS

Do you offer retouching, colour adjustment, or other corrective services?

Are those included or, an additional charge is required?

All the photos delivered will be adjusted and retouched (no raw images are to be provided), and no additional charge is required.


Will we have the rights to the images?

The photographer copyright law states that whoever pushed the button owns the copyright, and a photographer will own the copyright thought their life and 70 years afterwards.


Do you carry backup equipment?

Both cameras are regularly serviced, and we have your photos backed up in two places, one offsite.


Will the images be accessible online?

For how long?

The photos will be accessible online for seven days and can be accessed by you and your guests at any time during this period.


Can I customise a package to fit my needs?

We will discuss everything in detail when we get in touch, and we can arrange additional coverage (subject to availability) 


Do you charge a travel fee?

For what distance?

What does that cover?

Travel within 30 miles from our home is included 

Depending on the location and time that prep starts, we might stay local to the venue; this might incur an extra charge

For the others photoshoots, we can travel up to 15 miles from our home.

How much of a deposit do you require?

When is it due?

Wedding - £100 of the total price when the contract is to be signed.

Other shooting sessions- £30 upfront payment.


What is your refund cancellation policy?

We hope we will never encounter this situation; however, we all know things might change, and to keep our business running, the deposit/upfront payment is non-refundable if the service is not cancelled within 24h.


What is the backup plan if you can not shoot my wedding for an unexpected reason?

We commit to contracts; however, the only reason we might not be able to perform the service would be due to a force majeure which is not as common as we all know; in this case, the deposit will be refunded in full.


Will you post photos from our wedding on your website or social media?

Yes we will use the photos on our website and social media as part of our portfolio


Can we request a list of specific shots we would like?

Of course you can, we can discuss all your preferences when we draw the plan


Do you include engagement photos in your package? What about pre-wedding events like rehearsal dinner?

The engagement photos can be included for an extra fee.

The rehearsal dinner is included in the premium package only.


How much do extra hours cost?

Would be a fee of £60 if extra hours are required; however, we can only increase each package by one hour only if needed (subject to availability).


Can we order prints albums directly from you?

We offer a wedding album as part of every package.

Any extra photos will endure a small charge.


What type of album do you offer?

Do you provide assistance selecting images and designing the album?

We offer a personalised album for some packages, the photos included can be selected by you or we can choose them together is totally up to you.


How will you and your assistant be dressed?

As we need to move with ease, we will wear casual clothes.


Do you have insurance?

Yes, I'm a fully insured photographer.


Do you give raw images?

The reason why I'm not giving Raw files is that the RAW files are not a total reflection of my work, and you, as a client, always must pay for the final product, such as JPG and not the original image itself.


Do you require food?

  1. We do not write a catering requirement into our contract, however, if you would like to provide food for us, it will be appreciated, especially when the wedding will require over 4 hours of coverage.​​​
